About the Role
This role combines hands-on project delivery with digital leadership, focusing on managing and implementing dRofus across major health projects to become a studio-wide subject matter expert.
Responsibilities
- Manage dRofus project setup, administration, governance and quality control
- Support project teams with room data sheets, equipment schedules and information management requirements
- Establish project databases and workflows aligned with client and project requirements
- Coordinate the integration of dRofus with Revit and other digital delivery platforms
- Develop standards, processes and best practice guidance across the studio
- Provide training, mentoring and ongoing support to project teams
- Monitor data quality, consistency and compliance across projects
- Contribute to technical documentation, coordination and project delivery activities
- Work closely with architects, designers, BIM leaders and consultants to ensure seamless information management and coordination
- Help strengthen HDR's digital delivery capability across healthcare and complex building projects
Requirements
- Registered Architect or experienced Architectural Coordinator
- Approximately 8+ years' experience delivering complex projects
- Strong experience in healthcare, education, science or other complex building sectors
- Advanced understanding of project documentation, technical coordination and design delivery
- Proven experience using dRofus in a project delivery environment
- Experience setting up, administering and managing dRofus databases
- Experience leading dRofus implementation on large healthcare projects – highly regarded
- Knowledge of Revit workflows and BIM coordination processes
- Experience integrating design information and project data across multiple platforms
- Strong attention to detail and information management skills
- Ability to support and train project teams
- Highly collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to champion continuous improvement
