About the Role
Robodrill is seeking a Logistics Manager to ensure all necessary equipment is available and delivered on time for projects, preventing delays.
Responsibilities
- Collect needs from Mechanical Engineering Technicians, determine supply needs, and purchase spare parts for the Head Office.
- Implement and organize the warehouse, both physically and computationally.
- Create storage procedures aligned with French Head Office rules.
- Determine and maintain required stock levels by reference, conducting regular inventories.
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Check goods quality and file complaints with suppliers for non-compliance.
- Receive packages and manage warehouse storage.
- Maintain spare parts stock levels according to Head Office requirements.
- Utilize logistic software for stock management, order placement, shipping, deliveries, and data analysis.
- Order spare parts from the French warehouse based on stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Technical Supervisor for optimal after-sale service.
- Liaise with French Supply regarding goods and transportation requirements.
- Coordinate and manage transport logistics in Australia and internationally.
- Oversee storage and deliveries autonomously.
- Deliver packages on-site.
- Package goods in compliance with shipping standards.
- Ship goods within Australia and internationally.
- Manage operational warehouse planning, including transport coordination and inbound receipt.
- Perform palletizing.
- Play a key role in projects by ensuring process adherence.
- Contribute to company development in Australia.
Requirements
- Interest in construction machinery.
- Experience in inventory management and reporting.
- Experience in coordination and management of transport logistics.
- At least 12 months of relevant experience.
- Experience working for a drilling equipment company.
- Fluent in both French and English.
