About the Role

Robodrill is seeking a Logistics Manager to ensure all necessary equipment is available and delivered on time for projects, preventing delays.

Responsibilities

• Collect needs from Mechanical Engineering Technicians, determine supply needs, and purchase spare parts for the Head Office.
• Implement and organize the warehouse, both physically and computationally.
• Create storage procedures aligned with French Head Office rules.
• Determine and maintain required stock levels by reference, conducting regular inventories.
• Liaise with suppliers.
• Check goods quality and file complaints with suppliers for non-compliance.
• Receive packages and manage warehouse storage.
• Maintain spare parts stock levels according to Head Office requirements.
• Utilize logistic software for stock management, order placement, shipping, deliveries, and data analysis.
• Order spare parts from the French warehouse based on stock levels.
• Collaborate with the Technical Supervisor for optimal after-sale service.
• Liaise with French Supply regarding goods and transportation requirements.
• Coordinate and manage transport logistics in Australia and internationally.
• Oversee storage and deliveries autonomously.
• Deliver packages on-site.
• Package goods in compliance with shipping standards.
• Ship goods within Australia and internationally.
• Manage operational warehouse planning, including transport coordination and inbound receipt.
• Perform palletizing.
• Play a key role in projects by ensuring process adherence.
• Contribute to company development in Australia.

Requirements

• Interest in construction machinery.
• Experience in inventory management and reporting.
• Experience in coordination and management of transport logistics.
• At least 12 months of relevant experience.
• Experience working for a drilling equipment company.
• Fluent in both French and English.
