About the Role
You will own the browser automation and document intelligence platform end-to-end, from architecture through shipping. This role involves 80% net-new build on a live and fast-growing product line. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with product and forward-deployed engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the browser automation and document intelligence platform from the ground up
- Build and ship AI agents that handle complex insurance workflows across voice, chat, email, and SMS
- Write production-grade TypeScript/React/Node.js
- Work cross-functionally with product and forward-deployed engineering teams
- Join customer calls to demo features you've built and advise on technical implementation
- Shape architecture and tooling decisions as one of the earliest engineers
- Help define engineering best practices as the company grows
Requirements
- 4–8 years of full-stack engineering experience, with clear ownership and progression
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a senior level with end-to-end ownership
- Strong foundation from a reputable tech company or well-known startup
- Proven ability to ship AI or LLM-based products in production
- Comfortable being customer-facing and speaking credibly about technical decisions
- Thrive in a high-intensity environment and want to build from early innings
