Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support Personal Insurance digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline business processes
- Apply engineering fundamentals to Salesforce development, configuration, and integration projects
- Develop specialized expertise in Salesforce technologies while leveraging existing technical skills
- Partner with experienced Salesforce professionals to deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic business objectives
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on software development experience building and maintaining enterprise applications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem—prior Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and values knowledge sharing
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with emerging technologies in a transformation environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience
- 2 additional years of software engineering experience

- $99,100.00 - $163,400.00
