About the Role

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support Personal Insurance digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline business processes
Apply engineering fundamentals to Salesforce development, configuration, and integration projects
Develop specialized expertise in Salesforce technologies while leveraging existing technical skills
Partner with experienced Salesforce professionals to deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic business objectives

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on software development experience building and maintaining enterprise applications
Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle
Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem—prior Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
Problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and values knowledge sharing
Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with emerging technologies in a transformation environment
Strong communication skills to effectively partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience
2 additional years of software engineering experience
