About the Role
Manage a book of business by providing operational, administrative, and call-based client support and relationship management to renew client memberships and grow accounts through cross-selling.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute sales and service activity plans.
- Manage member life-cycle tasks, including scheduling and leading calls.
- Own all account management conversations with secondary account stakeholders.
- Ensure members leverage their membership by delivering high-quality service to drive renewal and future sales.
- Manage and respond to inbound requests from members.
- Assist in preparing member interactions by collecting and consolidating background information.
- Complete scheduled and ad hoc data queries of the CRM.
- Ensure the CRM contains accurate account details and contact information.
- Actively seek to increase product knowledge.
Requirements
- University degree.
- 3+ years of Account Management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Experience working in the IT Research and Advisory market.
- Experience working as part of a team is an asset.

- Understand value proposition and communicate to members clearly and concisely.
- Understand client needs/requests and be able to articulate them or find analysts to support them.
- Planning & Organization: Set daily schedules, plan territory, and set plans for account growth.
- Time management: Managing the member lifecycle, scheduling calls, and prioritizing tasks.
- Goal setting: Set personal goals for professional development, take ownership of performance, manage goal attainment, and communicate/ask for help when needed.
- Active listening: Identify client needs, ask great questions, and listen.
- Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, German, or Swiss German is preferred.
