About the Role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist for its MedTech division in Japan. This role focuses on promoting and expanding the use of Impella, a heart-assist device, to save lives and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales activities to achieve business goals of increasing case numbers and improving survival rates with Impella.
  • Provide information based on domestic and international clinical evidence.
  • Propose new treatment strategies and systems utilizing clinical experience and knowledge gained from domestic cases.
  • Understand Johnson & Johnson's business model and distribution channels.
  • Ensure smooth product supply and management through effective communication with distributors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a technical college for healthcare professionals (e.g., nursing, clinical engineering).
  • Proven sales experience in the medical industry, particularly with cardiovascular medical device manufacturers.
  • Alternatively, at least 3 years of extensive sales experience in non-medical industries.
  • Alternatively, extensive knowledge and experience in cardiovascular and circulatory support treatment as a healthcare professional.
  • Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license.
