About the Role
This position will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels in collaboration with country marketing teams. The role involves working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to achieve business objectives, optimizing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy performance using data-driven insights, and driving revenue growth and customer engagement. There are also opportunities to lead an Asia-wide commercial training program to support regional teams in effectively driving GTM initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with country marketing teams, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders.
- Optimize GTM strategy performance using data-driven insights.
- Drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Lead an Asia-wide commercial training program.
- Develop and implement GTM strategies to support sales growth in the Asia region.
- Strengthen the sales support system, including training programs, tools, and processes.
- Promote the growth of the product portfolio in the Asia region.
Requirements
- Master's Degree plus 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of experience, preferably in life science or biopharma.
- Experience in planning and executing GTM strategies.
- Knowledge and experience in the biopharma and bioprocessing fields.
- Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with Asia and global stakeholders.
- Training experience, strong organizational skills, and project management knowledge are preferred for sales enablement support.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and design integrated marketing campaigns and derive insights through analytics.
- Experience with AI tools and CRM systems (SFDC).
- Ability to travel domestically (10-15%).
- High learning motivation, proactivity, and sense of responsibility.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Digital marketing expertise across multiple channels (email, social, web, search) to support NPI launch and demand generation.
- Ability to stay current with emerging marketing trends and technologies.
