About the Role

As a Client Service Director in Australia, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem. You will be accountable for all aspects of the pre-contract engagement with customers and prospects across all ACI solutions, including ACI products, extended functionality, and third-party products or services. You will also manage the services P&L across a defined territory, with key metrics including customer satisfaction, bookings, and accurate program definition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and the sales process, including requirements gathering.
  • Oversee project financials and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external organizations.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty while balancing internal pressures.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Anticipate and address growing and changing program needs proactively.
  • Manage a complex and increasing portfolio of projects and products.
  • Foster a nimble, flexible, and creative culture focused on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Attain/exceed customer satisfaction metrics and customer engagement objectives.
  • Ensure continuous collaboration with relevant organizations for a unified customer experience.
  • Deliver customer-accepted accurate requirements to drive quality, on-time, and on-budget projects.
  • Understand and comply with Risk Management program requirements, including risk identification, key controls, and control testing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Understand and adhere to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related studies.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the payment industry.
  • Understanding and knowledge of products/solutions currently marketed by ACI is a plus.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis.
  • This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visa status or work permit now or in the future.
