About the Role
The Burger’s Priest is hiring Hourly Supervisors at our Bloor location. We are looking for individuals passionate about burgers and creating a positive workspace where employees can be themselves.
Responsibilities
- Train and coach the team to provide “ABSOLUTE” service
- Set clear expectations and follow up with the team regularly
- Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
- Open and close the restaurant independently as a key holder
- Reconcile cash deposits
- Place orders and perform inventory counts
- Address customer concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
- Friendly and enthusiastic
- Passionate about food and providing excellent guest experiences
- Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
- Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized with ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment
