About the Role
This is a commercially minded finance role partnering with bakery leadership to drive productivity, cost efficiency, and profitable growth. You will translate financial insights into actionable strategies within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with site Operations teams to improve financial and operational performance
- Provide timely financial reporting, analysis, and commercial insights to influence decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and weekly latest estimates
- Identify and drive cost-saving and profit improvement opportunities
- Develop business cases and financial models for capital investment and operational initiatives
- Support month-end processes, reporting, and reconciliations
- Maintain financial governance, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Translate data into clear, commercial insights to influence stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in finance or business partnering within FMCG or manufacturing
- CA, CPA, or CIMA qualification
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP experience, preferably SAP
- Ability to challenge assumptions and influence commercial decisions
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
