About the Role
Zero is building a new experience for homeowners, contractors, and utilities to make residential electrification fast, easy, and affordable. This role will define new products, shape projects, and drive execution from 0 to 1, leveraging generative AI advancements to enhance designer and engineer productivity and forge a faster path forward.
Responsibilities
- Assemble the value chain.

Requirements
- Thoughtful product generalist with strong judgment.
- Experience driving product work from discovery through delivery.
- Comfortable balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
- Knows when to rely on instinct and when to rely on data.
- At least 3 years of professional product management experience, ideally in a fast-moving software environment.
- Finds users fascinating and is invigorated by the challenge of creating delightful user experiences.
- Loves talking to users, synthesizing patterns across conversations and behavior, and creating structured artifacts that help the team understand what matters.
- Detail-oriented systems thinker.
- Wants to own the whole value chain, not just isolated features.

- Eager to dive into the messy world of residential electrification.
