About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our client teams, focusing on the Tech & Financial/Professional Services sectors. You will contribute to developing and implementing integrated communication strategies, concepts, and media pitches. Your role involves translating complex topics into understandable stories, planning and executing communication measures, and managing project plans and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in fixed client teams and advise companies, particularly in Tech & Financial/Professional Services.
Contribute to developing and implementing integrated communication strategies, concepts, and media pitches.
Translate complex technology, digitalization, and business topics into understandable and relevant stories for diverse target audiences.
Plan and execute communication measures, including corporate content, media relations, executive communications, campaigns, and product launches.
Create project plans, coordinate projects, and maintain relationships with clients, journalists, partners, and other stakeholders.
Participate in new business development and pitches.

Requirements

Completed traineeship or at least one year of communication experience (agency or corporate side).
Interest in technology, digitalization, business, and financial topics, with the ability to quickly grasp complex content.
Initial experience in developing communication strategies, campaigns, and content formats.
Excellent language skills and proficiency in writing various text formats.
AI competence in research, idea generation, and content creation, with a critical and reflective approach to results.
Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with clients, journalists, and other stakeholders.
Structured, independent work style, organizational skills, team spirit, and a proactive attitude.
