About the Role

As a Customer Reliability Engineer (CRE), you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices to the Isovalent software suite. This role involves gaining a deep understanding of customer architectures and configurations, collaborating with stakeholders to provide exceptional support, resolve incidents, and enhance the visibility into customer system health.

Gain a deep understanding of customer architectures, configurations, and environments.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide world-class support.
Resolve customer incidents and issues.
Enhance the organization's view into customer system health.

Requirements

6+ years of direct experience supporting and engaging with enterprise customers in a technical capacity.
Experience securing operating system (OS) instances, applications, and/or distributed systems.
Experience in operating Linux systems.
Experience managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Demonstrated expertise in networking concepts and technologies across OSI layers 2 through 7.
