About the Role
As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency, critical care and specialty departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.
Responsibilities
- Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
- Accurately and efficiently handle payment processing and reconciliation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a medical setting is required.
- A solid employment history with proven reliability.
- The ability to work independently while being self-driven and eager to grow.
- A proactive mindset, always looking for process improvements and opportunities for collaboration to streamline operations.
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
