About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will own the product vision and roadmap for the MO/GO and the broader Movewear platform. You will act as the connective tissue between users and cross-functional teams, translating customer insights into clear priorities for hardware, firmware, software, and operations in an entirely new product category.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for the MO/GO from early-adopter phase through mass-market launch
  • Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals across hardware and software
  • Define and prioritize features across the device, mobile app, cloud services, and support experience
  • Conduct user research and synthesize feedback into quantitative priorities
  • Partner with hardware, firmware, and software engineers to make technical tradeoff decisions
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain on launch readiness and manufacturing milestones
  • Align product capabilities with commercial partnerships
  • Manage the end-to-end post-purchase experience including returns, repairs, and warranty policies
  • Define success metrics and hold the team accountable to outcomes
  • Contribute to long-term product vision including clinical and platform development
  • Participate in data collection and real-world product testing by wearing prototypes
  • Contribute to team culture and participate in company events

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management
  • At least 2 years of experience with a physical or hardware product
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment in fast-moving environments
  • Strong instincts for user research and translating feedback into decisions
  • Ability to understand technical constraints and engage with engineers
  • Ability to make decisions with limited data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to relocate to the Skip Bay Area office
  • Sense of humor
  • Ability to provide proof of eligibility to maintain full-time employment in the United States
