About the Role

Corpay is seeking a Global HR Coordinator to support the delivery of HR services across international markets. This role provides operational and administrative support to HR Business Partners and the HR Director, ensuring efficient HR processes, accurate data management, and timely employee query responses across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions for cross-border populations.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Conduct audits and data validation to ensure consistency across global HR systems.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries across multiple countries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Liaise between internal stakeholders (Payroll, Mobility, Legal) to resolve complex cross-border employee issues.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service in all employee interactions, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to HR Business Partners and the HR Director.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and HR documentation for leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for HR initiatives, including meetings, workshops, and employee programs.
  • Support the execution of global and regional HR projects (e.g., system implementations, process improvements, organizational changes).
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring effective follow-up and communication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
  • Assist in ensuring HR practices align with local labor laws and global policies across jurisdictions.
  • Support documentation and updates of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR coordination or HR operations experience, preferably in a global or cross-border environment.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) and strong data management skills.
  • Familiarity with international HR practices, mobility, or multi-country operations is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
