About the Role

The WTW M&A Practice provides advice and insurance placement services to investor clients, with a focus on pre-acquisition and pre-disposal insurance due diligence. This role involves managing projects and providing consultancy services related to risk and insurance due diligence for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Source and undertake project management and consultancy work in the provision of risk and insurance due diligence services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external client contacts and other parts of WTW.
  • Seek opportunities for new business from external and internal client referrals.
  • Manage communications between the client and the WTW M&A Practice.
  • Understand client business and project issues, needs, and expectations.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships to generate repeat revenue opportunities.
  • Undertake risk and insurance consulting and due diligence services, including fee and scope evaluation, execution, and delivery of due diligence reporting.
  • Coordinate WTW appointment and placement services.
  • Manage projects effectively, leveraging broader WTW specialists for client benefit.
  • Access information from various sources for data collection and coordination at the project outset.
  • Provide quality advice to clients.
  • Identify and collate data for inclusion in reports.
  • Review key contractual documents and peer diligence reports.
  • Take ownership of projects, coordinating and sourcing core project teams.
  • Provide proactive and enthusiastic service levels.
  • Act as a referral point for resolving client queries internally and externally.
  • Deliver assessments via formal reports, supplemented by calls and/or presentations.
  • Take responsibility and ownership for project quality and accuracy.
  • Meet WTW M&A compliance and administration protocols, including file keeping, management information reporting, conflict management, and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with authorization sign-offs and protocols.
  • Work within FCA requirements and WTW specific procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain individual time recording and ensure project time recording is completed when acting in a lead role.
