About the Role

We are looking for hardworking, dedicated, and customer-focused individuals for all levels, including entry-level positions. We offer flexible full-time and part-time careers across three shifts, providing opportunities for skill development and growth within the organization. Team Members are responsible for the smooth operation of the station, contributing to store profitability, and ensuring customer needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register, ensuring balanced money and fast, accurate customer assistance.
• Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and professionalism.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service.
• Maintain a clean and customer-friendly environment in the store and surrounding property.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issues.
• Prepare shift reports according to company guidelines.
• Upsell store products and sales to increase store revenue.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing regarding store operations.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math, including calculating change.
• Validate identification before selling tobacco and/or alcohol.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to remain calm and respond to emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Ability to work in various temperature environments.
• Must be 18+ years old to work 1st and 2nd shift.
• Minimum of 21 years old to work 3rd shift.
• Background checks may be conducted as a condition of employment.

Benefits

• Fuel discount: 0.10 cents off per gallon after 6 months to 3 years of employment.
