About the Role

Torch is seeking an experienced, analytical and energetic marketing leader with a track record of building high-performing, customer-obsessed and data-driven marketing teams. This role owns the marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness and growth for our existing marketplace solution and new products. The leader will interface with stakeholders across departments to create a cohesive brand voice and lead impactful demand generation initiatives, strategically approaching market positioning and implementing high-ROI solutions across various channels to scale acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end marketing strategy of Torch’s marketplace and new products to drive growth and brand awareness
Manage, hire and mentor a best-in-class marketing team that is customer and data obsessed
Own and optimize marketing KPIs and budget allocation across all channels
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Operations to drive demand and customer acquisition
Spearhead brand positioning and communication initiatives that resonate with our customers

Requirements

Proven marketing leader with experience in high-growth environments (marketplace or B2B SaaS preferred)
Strong analytical and data skills with experience leading a data driven team
Expertise in demand generation, brand marketing, content and growth marketing
Adept at using AI tools to drive a creative, personalized and high velocity marketing
Strong leader with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
10+ years of relevant marketing leadership experience
