About the Role

The Sales Outfitter - Archery performs various selling and customer service activities, including greeting customers, handling merchandise, and providing product information and assistance. The role supports a commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Handle merchandise with care.
• Provide customers with information, assistance, and direction.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Replenish product on shelves according to merchandising guidelines.
• Remain knowledgeable about advertised sales, pricing, and signing.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Restock merchandise as required.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked work area.
• Follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer by assisting with buying decisions.
• Identify and evaluate customer needs.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs analysis.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.

Requirements

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system.
• Constantly stand and/or walk during shift.
• Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.

• Occasionally repeat motions that may include wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
• Occasionally operate machinery and/or power tools.
