About the Role

The Staff Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional product development programs from concept through commercial launch for the Molecular Biology business unit. The successful candidate combines strong program management discipline with exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, ensuring execution against scope, schedule, budget, and business goals while proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and facilitating critical decisions across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Drive cross-functional alignment, accountability, and execution to achieve program objectives.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and facilitate effective decision-making.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as appropriate.
Influence outcomes across a matrixed organization, balancing competing priorities and driving accountability.
Lead program governance and provide clear, actionable communication to leadership and stakeholders.
Foster continuous improvement in program management processes and execution.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Strong program and project management skills, including planning, risk management, and prioritization.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment in ambiguous situations.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
