About the Role
DaBella is a rapidly growing home improvement company seeking a Data Analyst to drive business growth through metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights. This role will support leadership and cross-functional teams by delivering accurate reporting, trend analysis, and scalable analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify, compile, analyze, and deliver data and reports needed across the organization.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to support business decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Create reporting templates and dashboards accessible to multiple levels of staff.
- Conduct basic and moderately complex analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements.
- Assist with the development of business requirements and specifications for data projects.
- Monitor, audit, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support data governance, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
- Provide support and guidance to junior analysts or end users as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other data analysis tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data querying.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
- Understanding of data analysis techniques, dashboards, modeling, querying, and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and draw logical conclusions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Solid understanding of data sources, data organization, and reporting best practices.
- Ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to take direction and respond effectively to constructive feedback.
