About the Role

DaBella is a rapidly growing home improvement company seeking a Data Analyst to drive business growth through metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights. This role will support leadership and cross-functional teams by delivering accurate reporting, trend analysis, and scalable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, compile, analyze, and deliver data and reports needed across the organization.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to support business decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
  • Create reporting templates and dashboards accessible to multiple levels of staff.
  • Conduct basic and moderately complex analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable reports for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with the development of business requirements and specifications for data projects.
  • Monitor, audit, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Support data governance, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior analysts or end users as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other data analysis tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data querying.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
  • Understanding of data analysis techniques, dashboards, modeling, querying, and workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and draw logical conclusions.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Solid understanding of data sources, data organization, and reporting best practices.
  • Ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to take direction and respond effectively to constructive feedback.
