About the Role

ATC Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Podiatrist (DPM) to join our growing team in the Monticello, NY area. If you're passionate about improving patients' mobility, comfort, and quality of life, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of foot and ankle conditions, including bunions, heel pain, diabetic foot complications, sports injuries, and nail and skin disorders.
• Perform minor podiatric procedures and administer appropriate treatments.
• Provide preventive foot care and patient education.
• Recommend and provide specialized services, including custom orthotics, laser treatments, and other advanced podiatric services.
• Educate patients on treatment options and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
• Stay current on advances in podiatric medicine and evidence-based treatment practices.

Requirements

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active New York State Podiatry License.
• Experience diagnosing and treating a broad range of podiatric conditions.
• Experience recommending and providing cash-based services such as custom orthotics, laser treatments, or similar specialty services preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to build strong patient relationships.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
