About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Local Marketing Executive to expand Treatwell's presence and partner network in the UK & Ireland. This role involves supporting events, community engagement, social media, and lead generation to drive local growth and brand awareness. It's a hands-on position for an early-career marketer who is organized, creative, commercially minded, and passionate about building local business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of local events, trade shows, partner visits, and community activations.
- Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, collateral, and venue requirements.
- Support attendee outreach, invitations, and post-event follow-up.
- Work with Sales and Account Management teams to maximize attendance and commercial impact.
- Capture and organize event content for social media and internal communications.
- Track event performance, lead generation, and follow-up actions.
- Create event assets in Canva and edit short-form video content in CapCut.
- Help build engaged local communities by connecting with salon partners, beauty professionals, and industry groups.
- Support partner newsletters and WhatsApp community communications.
- Identify local communities, influencers, and potential brand advocates.
- Assist with engagement campaigns that strengthen partner relationships.
- Coordinate networking events, roundtables, and partner showcases.
- Encourage referrals, testimonials, and partner success stories.
- Support localized campaigns in priority growth markets.
- Support Sales and Account Management teams with marketing materials and campaigns.
- Create localized sales collateral, case studies, and partner-facing materials.
- Support campaign toolkits for product launches, events, and commercial initiatives.
- Work with commercial teams to identify content and asset requirements.
- Develop materials that improve lead conversion and partner engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all local marketing activity.
- Support local social media activity to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and schedule content across relevant channels.
- Capture partner stories, event highlights, and local success stories.
- Support campaigns that showcase the value of Treatwell to salon partners.
- Engage with local communities and industry conversations online.
- Collaborate with Central Marketing to ensure brand alignment.
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
- Assist with marketing initiatives designed to generate and nurture leads for the Sales team.
- Support local campaigns focused on salon acquisition.
- Assist with lead follow-up and campaign reporting.
- Maintain lead lists and ensure timely handover to Sales.
- Research prospective partners through local networks, events, and social channels.
- Track performance and identify high-impact growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, events, social media, partnerships, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and confidence working across multiple teams.
- Experience creating social media content and a good eye for storytelling.
- Interest in the beauty, wellness, or technology marketplace sectors.
