About the Role
As the Product Manager for TOKEN2049 and SuperAI, you will bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and high-end physical experiences. You will own the lifecycle of our web platforms, mobile networking applications, attendee badging systems, and AI-driven event tools. Your goal is to maximize connectivity, eliminate operational friction, and deliver an immersive, tech-forward product experience for partners, investors, and attendees.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-platform product vision for both TOKEN2049 and SuperAI.
- Align digital tools with high-energy physical experiences like the NEXT Hackathons, Nexus Startup competitions, and AFTER 2049.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital products, from scoping and wireframing to engineering sprints, QA, and deployment.
- Manage custom web platforms, native mobile apps, and interactive attendee portals.
- Actively build and scale AI-driven features for SuperAI and TOKEN2049, including AI-powered networking tools, automated attendee matchmaking, and conversational Telegram/in-app event assistants.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial/Sponsorships, and Operations teams to translate business constraints and high-stakes deadlines into smooth technical execution.
- Track product metrics (user engagement, app adoption, connection success rates) to continuously iterate and eliminate "friction points" within the digital infrastructure.
Requirements
- 4+ Years of Product Management Experience: Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing web or mobile applications, preferably in fast-paced tech startups, B2B marketplaces, or event-tech ecosystems.
- A solid understanding of Web3 concepts (wallets, token gating, NFTs) and Artificial Intelligence infrastructure (LLMs, AI agents, conversational UI).
- Ability to manage tight, hard deadlines and thrive under pressure.
- Comfortable speaking the language of engineering.
- Experience working with APIs, content management systems, and custom mobile apps.
- A sharp eye for UI/UX and the ability to design clean, high-end interfaces.
- A passion for building digital systems and workflows that reduce friction and connect people organically.
- You run toward problems, look for edge cases, and ensure everything works flawlessly.
- Ready to switch contexts fluidly between the decentralized Web3 world of TOKEN2049 and the frontier-tech/compute landscape of SuperAI.
