About the Role
The Real Estate Lease Admin will be a foundational member of ABC’s growing Real Estate team, supporting the mission to provide high-quality ABA services. This role will manage active lease databases and support post-lease signing documentation and administration.
Responsibilities
- Support ABC’s Head of Real Estate with post-lease documentation.
- Review, estoppels, SNDA, notice letters, and support ABC Accounting with lease payment matters.
- Provide lease interpretations.
- Communicate and interact with legal, operations, accounts receivable, and external parties.
- Draft and prepare lease notices to landlords regarding lease obligations, reimbursements, and landlord performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices and procedures.
- Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree and related work experience.
- 2-5 years of real estate lease admin or paralegal experience, preferably in an organization with a large, multi-site real estate portfolio.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Google Mail, and other related software.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Time management skills and ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities with shifting time frames, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn with a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow-through.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to initiate efforts and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent writing skills; ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Some travel required (less than 10%).
