Negentrix Holding is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team. This role involves identifying and collaborating with influencers to promote educational products, with a focus on reaching individuals looking to integrate into Germany through practical education and employment.

Responsibilities

• Search for and select bloggers and influencers who align with the company's values for brand integrations.
• Analyze influencer audience quality, engagement, and relevance to prospective students.
• Prepare detailed and creative briefs for influencers, emphasizing brand reputation.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely publication of advertising content by partners.
• Track campaign reach, incoming leads, and direct sales generated by influencer marketing efforts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key advertising campaign metrics.
• Proactively participate in brainstorms and develop promotional offers and content scenarios for educational products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or blogger promotion.
• High level of proactivity.
• Interest in EdTech and motivation to work on socially meaningful educational projects.
• Fluent Russian as the main working language.
• Conversational German is a strong advantage.
