About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our dynamic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many; we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest rooms are clean and up to standard.
• Anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked.
• Provide turndown service.
• Provide daily service to guest rooms.

Requirements

• One to two years’ experience working in Housekeeping or Laundry preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work authorization in the United States.
