About the Role
A Recording Document Specialist (RDS) is responsible for the examination, preparation, and timely submission of real estate documents on behalf of ePN clients. These documents are related to real property and are submitted to local County Recorder offices. The role involves examining documents, researching indexes, tracking changes, and reconciling fees.
Responsibilities
- Examine documents for specified requirements
- Research online County indexes
- Track communication and modifications to Real Estate documents
- Reconcile fees paid for daily work
- Be the first point of contact for client inquiries and questions
- Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees, and customers by email, phone, and in person
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to drive long distances if needed
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation
- Ability to work a specified schedule anytime from 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Must be personable, positive, and a professional representative of the Company

- Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle large volumes of work with tight deadlines
