About the Role
Altamira delivers analytic and engineering capabilities to the US National Security community, focusing on Space-based missions, sensor exploitation, and analysis. We emphasize graph technologies, NLP, and wrangling complex data sets, with analytics at the heart of every operation and a genuine curiosity for new methods.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate cross-team collaboration, action, and requirements tracking aligning to ISSO agile management practices.
- Provide updates to stakeholders regarding development status, priorities, challenges, and anticipated timelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify, articulate, prioritize, and track Kibana enhancements, bugs, and new requirements.
- Keep Program Manager updated on comments, concerns, and challenges for the program, emphasizing OUSD (I&S) and other OSD and Joint Staff stakeholders.
- Provide in-person training and support to users on mission and related analytic and visualization capabilities.
- Develop an understanding of RAD/OSD intent for improving and modernizing oversight, assessment, and reporting of sensitive activities.
- Translate use-cases to Partner Engagement Team and software development teams for action.
- Participate in the exploration, development, and testing of analytics and visualizations.
- Leverage mission expertise and resources to facilitate the evolution in analytics and assessments.
- Solicit user/stakeholder feedback as part of an iterative development cycle.
- Advocate for alternative capabilities and methodologies where appropriate.
- Translate functional leader requirements to Partner Engagement Team and the development team to drive continuous improvement in applications' analytic approaches.
- Facilitate alignment of the program to broader OUSD(I&S) technical, innovation, data & assessment initiatives.
- Convey program successes and challenges to CDM leadership.
- Keep Director ISSO, SAF/CDMR, Director H&SA, and RAD Division Chief updated on status, timelines, and challenges.
- Support periodic updates to DDI/SASP, Dir/IDEA, and/or SAF/CDMR as required.
