About the Role

CHANEL is seeking a Senior Group Director, High-End Sales & Distribution for the Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) Division in New York. This role is responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for High Jewelry and High Watchmaking across the US, driving business growth and elevating CHANEL's position in the high-end luxury market. The role also involves building and developing a high-performing team of High-End sales experts and collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless "One Brand" strategy and exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the sales and distribution strategy for High Jewelry and High Watchmaking in the US.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies for high jewelry and high watchmaking, defining clear KPIs.
  • Drive revenue through private in-store appointments and high-profile client events.
  • Set and track sales targets by channel and product category.
  • Provide data analysis and business reporting with strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to monthly business reviews for the US President and Management Committee.
  • Lead and coach a community of experts in gemstones and storytelling.
  • Develop the existing team and recruit high-end sales talent.
  • Implement structured assessments and create clear career pathways into High-End roles.
  • Partner with US WFJ departments, US Fashion, and Global WFJ teams to align actions with regional market needs and optimize the "one brand" strategy.
  • Ensure alignment on high jewelry & high watchmaking assortment, events plan, client engagement plan, and education touchpoints.
