About the Role

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, run the register, and handle transactions.
- Make product purchase suggestions.
- Assist with the food program.
- Work in various store areas (inside and out) to maintain appearance standards.
- Provide fast and friendly customer service.
- Attend work regularly and predictably.
- Interact with customers and team members daily.
- Accomplish daily tasks around the store.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift.
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination.
- Willingness to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
