About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to build and operate a hyperlocal magazine in your community, supported by a national company. You will develop your market, client relationships, and grow a recurring revenue stream, blending sales, ownership, and community leadership.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships
- Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model
- Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication
- Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content
- Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations
- Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support
- Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market

Salary/Compensations
- Average yearly commission among top 10% of Reporting Publications: $177,692 (median $160,913, highest $336,214, lowest $132,096). Financial results may differ. Refer to Item 19 of the October 10, 2025 franchise disclosure document for assumptions and qualifiers.
