About the Role
The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead and motivate teams by introducing efficient processes and driving innovative solutions to maximize efficiency. This role functions as the central program leader responsible for driving the successful execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs that span multiple engineering teams, product areas, and go-to-market functions. You will own the integrated program schedule, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure end-to-end system readiness from inception through GA launch.
Responsibilities

- Define end to end program structures, identify participating teams, and manage cross functional dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Own integrated program plans and delivery milestones, maintaining visibility into schedules, risks, dependencies, and critical path activities.
- Proactively identify execution risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution of issues that could impact delivery commitments.
- Lead launch readiness and operational readiness activities, partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and execution of new products, features, and organizational initiatives.
- Own centralized intake, prioritization, and governance processes, ensuring work is evaluated, routed, tracked, and communicated through appropriate decision making forums.
- Establish and drive program governance, reporting mechanisms, KPIs, and executive communications to provide visibility into portfolio health and execution progress.
- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and operating mechanisms to improve execution effectiveness, scalability, and organizational efficiency.
- Partner with teams to improve planning, execution, and delivery practices while promoting adoption of program management best practices.
- Lead complex initiatives that span multiple organizations, balancing competing priorities and driving alignment toward shared business outcomes.
