About the Role
LettrLabs is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our software platform end to end, including lead generation, automations, design, attribution, and integrations. This role requires a builder who can translate strategy into shipped, high-quality product, leveraging AI to enhance speed and efficiency. It is a hands-on execution role with opportunities for growth into shaping product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the backlog and delivery process across the platform, including user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and shipping cadence.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality features rapidly and facilitate quick decision-making.
- Drive product development across lead generation, automations, design, attribution, and integrations.
- Manage the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle: discovery, specification, build, launch, and iteration.
- Translate customer needs and GTM feedback into actionable work and track outcomes.
- Define and monitor success metrics, analyze adoption and retention data, and drive improvements.
- Exercise prioritization judgment to make tradeoff decisions on scope, sequence, and effort within the roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Mastery of product management fundamentals: user story writing, backlog hygiene, sprint planning, and agile delivery.
- Demonstrable track record of shipping products from backlog to launch.
- Strong understanding of technical systems, APIs, and integrations.
- Skilled at partnering with engineering on technical decisions and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills to align engineering, design, and GTM teams.
- High agency and follow-through, with a focus on owning outcomes.
- Fluency with AI as a force multiplier, with a track record of using it to accelerate product development.
- Comfort with evolving tool stacks (Asana, Confluence, Figma) and a focus on leverage.
