About the Role
Develop and execute programs to help Go-To-Market teams win competitive deals by partnering with GTM, product, and enablement teams to gather insights, create resources, and train reps on effective positioning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain field-facing assets such as battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and FAQs.
- Partner with sales, product marketing, and enablement teams to ensure competitive content is timely, relevant, and aligned with company messaging.
- Collect field intel, market research, and customer feedback to track competitor movements and identify critical shifts in positioning.
- Support the rollout of competitive programs and assets through training sessions, Slack updates, team meetings, and LMS management.
- Monitor the usage and effectiveness of competitive content and gather continuous feedback from the field.
- Maintain a feedback loop with reps, managers, and PMMs to align content with evolving product needs, deal dynamics, and field needs.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, competitive intelligence, product marketing, or a related GTM role within a high-growth environment.
- Proven experience producing and maintaining actionable B2B competitive sales assets like battlecards, talk tracks, and supporting resources.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across GTM, marketing, and product teams to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex market insights into concise, usable field resources.
- Proficiency with enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Google Suite, LMS tools, and platforms like Seismic).
- Familiarity with competitive research methodologies, market positioning best practices, and execution of competitive enablement programs.
