About the Role
This position plays a key role in supporting senior leadership with data-driven insights to inform and drive strategic decision-making in advancing the company's revenue collection management process. It offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across various departments and influence decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to provide forward-looking financial and business recommendations.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify revenue collection opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
- Provide weekly updates of reports to different functional groups and track KPIs and initiative progress.
- Assist in company planning cycles, including long-range planning, annual budget, and monthly/quarterly forecasting.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support senior leadership and different departments.
- Problem solve to identify operational opportunities, and manage and implement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or another highly analytical/quantitative discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and/or budgeting in a complex business environment.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Fluency with G Suite is a plus.
- Healthcare finance experience preferred.
- Revenue and cash collections analysis experience preferred.
- Self-starter who can think critically and excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
- Ability to multitask, balance multiple high priority tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large sets of data.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and effectively communicate with members across various departments and levels.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the aptitude to communicate with all levels of management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to quickly pick up on business operations and changing daily processes.
