About the Role

Prepare high-quality food items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to prepare food items.
• Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables.
• Cut, trim, and clean meat.
• Prepare appetizers, salads, and cold dishes.
• Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods.
• Bake breads, rolls, and other baked goods.
• Portion, arrange, and garnish food for service.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas, including cutting boards and counters.
• Secure and store food items properly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Follow safe food handling procedures.
• Adhere to HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Practice safe work habits and utilize protective equipment.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Previous culinary experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and walk.
• Ability to push, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and reach.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
