About the Role
m&h is seeking a passionate graphic designer to support its clients. The ideal candidate is determined, motivated, and excels in editing and image processing, concept adaptation, and final file preparation. This role offers the opportunity to grow in a work environment that presents new challenges daily.
Responsibilities
- Adapt mockups and lay out marketing documents.
- Perform all stages of graphic processing and ensure consistency and compliance with client graphic standards.
- Collaborate with the internal team, including project managers, retouchers, proofreaders, and copywriters.
- Oversee project progression and follow-up from start to finish, from brief to final print submission.
- Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with the client.
Requirements
- DEC and/or university degree in graphic design or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Suite CS5-6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Very good knowledge of typographic rules.
- Good knowledge of 4-color processes and pre-press.
- Excellent adaptability, ability to manage stress, and high autonomy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrates rigor and attention to detail.
- Agency/studio experience is an asset.
