About the Role

Mace is a global expert in shaping and managing the built environment. We are looking for a Cost Manager to join our team and contribute to our purpose of redefining the boundaries of ambition by creating responsible places with transformative impact.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for product manufacturing and construction projects.
• Manage client costs, including cost validation, invoice reconciliation, creation, tracking, and closing of subcontractors.
• Report on Purchase Orders through weekly & monthly reporting.
• Track expense and capital spend.
• Manage invoicing process, creation and uploading of invoices, tracking and management of aged debt.
• Oversee supporting data and sharing to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 4 years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience in a related occupation.
• Experience in cost management.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (MS Office tools).
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Ariba.
• Experience with Novartis processes and procedures.
