About the Role

Exacare ai is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to develop and scale customer-facing analytics and integrate data into everyday workflows. This role bridges analytical capabilities with product value, requiring a candidate who can analyze complex data, build dashboards, and present insights to customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to productize data and AI-driven features.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to scope and build reporting for new features.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear data requirements for technical partners.
• Lead execution for customer-facing data and reporting, including dashboard maintenance.
• Support high-stakes customer and prospect meetings as a data subject matter expert.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer reporting issues.
• Partner with Sales and BizOps to develop internal dashboards and data tooling.
• Identify patterns in ad hoc requests to improve processes and documentation.
• Support internal data initiatives and develop training cadences for internal teams.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in data/product analytics, strategy consulting, or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas and modeling.
• Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate insights.
• Track record of driving data initiatives from problem definition to delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect technical features to customer value and business outcomes.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in a startup environment.
