About the Role
This role involves leading daily operations within assigned practice sites, ensuring adherence to clinical excellence standards. You will inspire team growth through training and mentorship, support professional development via performance evaluations, and collaborate on operational improvements and new service implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across assigned practice site(s), ensuring all activities and staff adherence promote a culture of clinical excellence.
- Inspire team growth by leading orientation, training, and ongoing coaching and mentoring initiatives for all staff.
- Support team success and professional development by contributing to timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary forums and committees to address operational challenges and drive the successful implementation of new services.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
