About the Role

Pilates Instructors support members in achieving healthier lives by building relationships and providing a positive, educational member experience that upholds the Life Time Brand.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients, including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs, classes, Group Fitness classes, and Personal Training.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Stays current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.

Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.

Experience Level

• 1 year of personal training experience
• 6 months of experience in adjusting body alignment, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED
• College degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field
