About the Role
We are looking for leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for influencing strategy to join our elite Sales organization. As a Senior Account Executive, you will represent billion-dollar brands to P&G’s retailers, help develop strategies, and improve business models of global companies. This role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth, leveraging consumer insights to drive category growth and achieve financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leverage consumer insights and partner with customers to develop winning joint business plans
- Lead and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising
- Develop collaborative partnerships with customers
- Execute business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives
- Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights
- Improve selling advantage by driving retailer category growth and contributing to their category strategies
Requirements
- Have a BA/BS from an accredited university
- 4+ years of relevant CPG Sales or customer business development experience
- Have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel on the job
- Be willing to relocate immediately
- Be willing to relocate throughout a career
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Have experience leading change and developing organizations
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the location of application; sponsorship is not available
