About the Role
Samsung and OSL have partnered to operate Samsung Experience Stores across Canada. We are seeking passionate, driven individuals excited to work for a premium brand like Samsung, with opportunities to become world-leading experts in a cutting-edge industry.
Responsibilities
- Generate and promote sales of wireless devices, tablets, wearables, home automation, televisions, accessories, and services.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Samsung.
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and build relationships.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of all Samsung products and services.
- Educate consumers on how to use Samsung products effectively.
- Uncover customer needs through skilled questioning, perception, and empathy.
- Enthusiastically enlighten customers on the Samsung ecosystem.
- Guide customers through their Samsung experience by being knowledgeable about store design.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally with luxury brands.
- Embody the Samsung brand in every customer interaction and genuinely care about individual needs.
- High level of interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-focused with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Effective decision-maker and problem-solver with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to drive sales and offer excellent service while achieving store standards.
- Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours, holidays, evenings, and weekend periods.
- Must complete a criminal background check.
