Responsibilities
- Approach and engage with attendees in a friendly manner.
- Ask questions and understand homeowners' window and door needs.
- Invite interested homeowners to enter giveaways and learn more.
- Confidently represent and share information about Renewal by Andersen products and services.
- Schedule free in-home consultations with the Sales team.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays, which may involve lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Remain on your feet and interact with people throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Comfort talking with people is essential.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
- Strong communication skills are necessary.
- A positive, outgoing, and reliable mindset is expected.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.
