About the Role

As the Resident Concierge, you are the first point of contact for prospects and residents, taking ownership of creating stellar first impressions and building positive relationships. Your ability to personalize interactions and make people feel at home is key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Plan and execute events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared for community.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
• Encourage satisfied customers to share positive reviews on social networking sites.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competent with various software, apps, and computer programs.
• An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating customer needs.
• A customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
