About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and professional Gatekeeper / Traffic Marshall to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining site security, managing vehicle movements and ensuring safe access to and from the construction site. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of health and safety, and the confidence to manage site access and traffic safely.

Responsibilities

Maintain site security at the gate and prevent unauthorised access.
Record deliveries against the project delivery schedule.
Refuse deliveries that are not scheduled.
Ensure delivery vehicles comply with the project's logistics management plan.
Assist the project team by accurately recording environmental and delivery information.
Safely manage vehicle movements on and off site using approved traffic management procedures.
Assist drivers and supply chain partners with site access and manoeuvring where required.
Maintain a clean and professional site entrance.
Act as the public face of the project, remaining polite, professional and approachable at all times.
Demonstrate a good understanding of health and safety procedures.
Challenge unsafe behaviour where appropriate and report any issues to the project team.

Requirements

Valid CSCS Card
Traffic Marshal and Gatekeeper (CLOCS) Training
Pre-Enrolment Completed
Face Fit Tested
Manual Handling Training
