About the Role
Wright Beverage Distributing is seeking a Warehouse Repack Handler to join their team, offering training, development, and growth opportunities. The primary responsibility is to repair all damaged product for resale and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Repair all damaged product to a sellable condition.
- Help keep the warehouse clean, neat, and orderly.
- Report to work on time wearing clean WBD approved safety apparel.
- Work with Warehouse Manager to ensure proper inventory of repack materials.
- Ensure all cases are repacked to supplier standards.
- Ensure all cases are returned to proper stock locations.
- Load or unload product, dunnage and empty kegs onto trucks.
- Lift and stack products on pallets for loading onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by straightening up pallets and keeping floors swept and scrubbed.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Perform back up functions for other warehouse personnel as needed.
- Perform winter/summer outside duties, including parking lot/sidewalk maintenance and lawn care, as needed.
- Uphold customer service philosophy and WBD standards while executing business activities.
- Strive to build and maintain a favorable reputation of WBD.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend English.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be able to perform winter/summer outside duties.
- Must be able to lift and stack products weighing up to 175 pounds.
