About the Role

Supports distribution strategy in driving key growth initiatives, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and enabling high-quality strategic execution across the Distribution organization. This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of key strategic initiatives across the Distribution team (e.g., growth strategy, operating model, organizational effectiveness)
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic priorities and business decisions
  • Support ongoing business reviews, including product and sales performance analysis
  • Translate strategy into clear actions and help track progress across key initiatives
  • Help identify opportunities to improve capabilities, processes, and overall effectiveness
  • Support development of executive presentations (e.g., storylining, page creation, synthesis)
  • Build clear, concise, and visually compelling materials for senior leadership discussions
  • Refine client-facing materials (e.g., pitch decks)
  • Translate raw, unstructured quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Produce recurring executive reporting materials, including weekly sales updates and monthly/quarterly reporting decks
  • Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities through ongoing tracking and reporting
  • Track sales performance across key channels using dashboards and internal tools, highlighting trends and insights for leadership
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, concise outputs tailored for senior leadership
  • Contribute to internal and external communications (e.g., newsletters, strategic updates)
  • Support leadership in managing priorities, tracking deliverables, and maintaining a centralized to-do list
  • Coordinate inputs across teams for key deliverables and leadership forums
  • Prepare materials for senior leadership meetings and governance touchpoints
  • Help strengthen team operating rhythm through improved tracking, organization, and accountability
  • Support coordination of recurring processes (e.g., monthly and quarterly deliverables, leadership updates)
  • Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and execution discipline

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field; strong academic performance preferred
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or financial services, with exposure to analysis, executive reporting, and cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear recommendations
  • Advanced MS Office capabilities, with a proven ability to build executive-ready materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across stakeholders
